We deal with a variety of different problems on a daily basis and carry all the latest technology to assist with any diagnosis. Some of the common signs your machine may be in need of some attention:
If during or after use, there are signs of water on the floor then there’s a high chance you have a leak. This could be something as simple as the door seal split or torn. These are easily replaceable with experience and with a little after care advice, it should last the life of the machine.
Not Spinning or Draining
If you find your clothes are still wet at the end of a cycle, then there’s usually a problem with the drain system. It can just be a clean out of the drain pipework is required or the drain pump requires replacing but either way we’ve got it covered.
Noisy during cycle
If your machine is starting to create some abnormal sounds, then there’s a good chance the machine is out of balance or the suspension requires some attention. A thorough test of all the components can pinpoint the fault and determine the correct replacement of parts and extend the life of the machine.
Door won’t open or jammed
This problem can be something as simple as a new door lock is required, however, it can sometimes be linked to a more serious issue as previously mentioned. A common fault is that the door is locked and has been forced open and the door broken. Whatever the cause we have the experience and can source the parts to fix it.
Poor wash quality/Dirty clothes
We are frequently called to customers with a similar complaint where their machine is not giving them the best results they expect. There can be several causes of this problem ranging from blocked detergent drawers to mould growing around the door seal. These are easily remedied with minimal fuss and then a continued cleaning program should keep the problem from returning. The problem could also be a more technical issue relating to the heating element or thermostat not functioning correctly which will need some components replacing.

Do you carry spare parts on the van?
Yes – We carry a variety of commonly used generic parts on board our vans.
What if you don’t carry the parts?
We will email the supplier from site and email a quote to you within 48 hrs for the full cost of the repair.
Is my machine worth repairing?
Our staff will give you the best advice possible with honesty but sometimes we may need to attend to confirm and in this situation we will reduce the service fee.
Do I have to wait in all day?
Our office team will make your appointment noting any special requirements and offer an appointment within a 3 hour time slot, we will also always ring on the way to confirm the appointment.
